Security and data
Where a mill's data is kept, who can reach it, and how it's protected.
- Encryption
- Your data is encrypted whenever it moves, to and within EuforiTex.
- Access by role
- Roles decide who can view, create or change each kind of record, down to individual reports, so your supervisors can't see what your managers can. Access can also be limited to particular units.
- Sign-in
- One-time codes sent to each person's email, so there are no passwords to share or reuse.
- ID cards and scans
- A card can't be made from a worker number alone, and every scan shows the guard the worker's photo. Only staff with scan rights for that unit can record a scan, and the time comes from our server, not the phone.
- Records
- Attendance is kept as a ledger. Nobody in your mill can edit or delete a scan. Corrections are added beside it, with the reason and who made it.
- Backups
- Taken every day and encrypted.

- We don't use EuforiTex for third-party advertising and we don't sell personal information. See the privacy policy.
