Every machine is registered under its department and carries its own QR tag.

On frames set up for sider assignment, the supervisor puts a worker on the left or right side. Each side takes one sider, and one sider can cover several sides.

When a supervisor checks a sider out, their frame assignment closes with them, so incentive counts stop when they leave the floor.
What the office gets
The allocation board for every shift, and sider incentive counts: how many sides each worker covered, per plant day.
