How it will run
- 01
The operator scans the machine's QR tag and gets the form for that machine only.
- 02
Readings that rarely change are filled in from the last shift, so the operator only types what moved.
- 03
Values outside set limits, such as efficiency over 100%, are refused before they're saved.
What it's for
Production by machine and by line, alerts when quality falls outside a product's limits, and faults traced back to the upstream machine that caused them.
