Scope

This notice covers data processed when customers (mills/plants) use Eufori Tex web/mobile apps, admin portals, and support channels.

Roles & responsibilities

Customer as Controller: For worker/plant/attendance data (“Customer Content”), your organization is the controller; Eufori Tech acts as processor per your instructions.
Eufori Tech as Controller: For admin accounts, billing, service analytics, website, and support records, Eufori Tech is the controller.

How we use data

Purposes

  • Deliver core features (onboarding, access control, attendance, dashboards)
  • Secure the service (authentication, abuse prevention, incident response)
  • Provide support and essential service communications
  • Improve reliability and product quality (aggregate/anonymous analytics where permitted)

We do not use Eufori Tex for third-party advertising or sell personal information.

  • Contract necessity (to provide Eufori Tex)
  • Legitimate interests (security, quality, improvements)
  • Consent where required (e.g., certain cookies/analytics)
  • Legal obligations (compliance/audit)

Sharing & subprocessors

We use vetted infrastructure and service providers to operate Eufori Tex (e.g., hosting, databases, observability). We bind them by contract and limit access to what’s necessary. A current list of material subprocessors is available on request via our contact page.

International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we implement safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

Retention & deletion

We retain Customer Content for the subscription term and delete or anonymize it after termination, subject to your instructions, backups, and legal obligations.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to the risk (e.g., encryption in transit, least-privilege access, auditability). No method is 100% secure; we continually improve our controls.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you (or your personnel) may have rights to access, rectify, delete, port, or object/restrict.

  • For Customer Content, we act as processor and will route requests to your organization admin.
  • For data where Eufori Tech is controller (admin accounts, website, support), contact us directly.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies for login/session and, where permitted, limited analytics. You can manage preferences as available.

Children

Eufori Tex is a B2B product and not intended for children.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy or your use of Eufori Tex shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Changes

We may update this Policy. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
